APPLYING TO BE A Thunder In The Valley NON-FOOD Exhibitor?
We’re glad you are interested in supporting the Thunder In The Valley Air Show as a non-food exhibitor.
- Non-Food Exhibitors wishing to apply for space may fill out the vendor application either through the web or by downloading, printing and mailing an application form.
- Fees apply to all non-food exhibitors.

Note: All perspective exhibitors must be approved by the Thunder In The Valley Air Show board. Further, exhibitor space is generally reserved on a first-paid, first-allocated basis.
Note for Non-Profits: We occasionally get requests from other non profit organizations for free ramp space. These requests are generally not favorably considered. Please keep in mind this is a non-profit and all volunteer show. Ramp and equipment fees defray the cost of our operating expenses – without them, our host non-profits would sacrifice revenue. We intentionally keep our ramp fees reasonable for that reason. We thank you for your understanding.
