APPLYING TO BE A Thunder In The Valley NON-FOOD VENDOR:

We're glad you are interested in supporting the Thunder In The Valley Air Show as a non-food vendor.

Non-Food Vendors wishing to apply for space may fill out the vendor application either through the web or by downloading, printing and mailing an application form.

Vendor fees apply to all non-food vendors.

Note: All perspective vendors must be approved by the Thunder In The Valley Air Show board. Further, vendor space is generally reserved on a first-paid, first-allocated basis.

Note for Non-Profits: We occasionally get requests from other non profit organizations for free ramp space. These requests are generally not favorably considered. Please keep in mind this is a non-profit and all volunteer show. Ramp and equipment fees defray the cost of our operating expenses – without them, our host non-profits would sacrifice revenue. We intentionally keep our ramp fees reasonable for that reason. We thank you for your understanding.
